Hello! I am Kristin Amundson, the face of Hummingbird Virtual Consulting, and the administrative mind behind your next professional breakthrough. I live in the beautiful state of Michigan with my husband, Josh, and two girls, Isabella and Eloise. I enjoy spending time with my family and I recently picked up a love for golf!
I have dedicated my life to assisting others with tasks they either no longer have the time to do, find enjoyment in, or have the margin or propensity to complete. My commitment to this process means you can dedicate necessary time and attention to your clients; opening space to do more of what you love in your professional and personal life. Having an OBM allows you to supply an efficient backend to your business by taking the right things off your plate, leaving the right things on it, and setting you up for meaningful growth in the direction you desire.
I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies, with a focus in HR and Communication, from Oakland University. While at Oakland University, I also earned my Lean Green Belt Certification. Through this certification, I learned to implement continuous thought processes for improvement, while supporting both a company’s vision and the people who represent it. My experience has strengthened my skills for maximum efficiency, problem-solving, and process mapping.
Launched in the fall of 2020, Hummingbird Virtual Consulting has successfully assisted entrepreneurs and small businesses with the tedious administrative pieces of business, so things can run more smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. This propels the individuals and teams behind the businesses toward the freedom to achieve and maintain balance in their field.
